Zambian footballers train, defy Covid-19

Some  South Africa-based Zambian footballers have committed to continue training, amid the pandemic.

Ajax Cape Town midfielder, Rodrick Kabwe says it has not been easy being under a lockdown for 5 weeks, but that perseverance has kept him going.

And, Polokwane City FC Midfielder, Salulani Phiri has equally welcomed the easing of the lockdown in South Africa, saying it is a sigh of relief.

Phiri says the online training by his club has helped him keep in shape, adding that exercising from outside now, has made things even better for footballers.

The two Zambian internationals were speaking to the media, from their bases in South Africa.
